**Descrição da vaga**

**Responsabilidades**
Desenvolver e implementar estratégias de vendas alinhadas à missão e visão da HomeHelp, impulsionando o crescimento da empresa;
Construir, liderar e motivar uma equipe de vendas de alto desempenho, proporcionando treinamento e desenvolvimento contínuos;
Estabelecer e manter parcerias estratégicas com fornecedores de materiais de construção e supermercados, visando a expansão e aprimoramento da empresa;
Monitorar as tendências do mercado e identificar oportunidades para melhorar a posição competitiva da HomeHelp;
Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com outras equipes para garantir que a experiência do cliente seja excepcional em todas as fases do processo de entrega.

**Requisitos**
Experiência comprovada em liderança de equipes de vendas, preferencialmente no setor de tecnologia e serviços de entrega;
Habilidade para desenvolver e implementar estratégias de vendas eficazes;
Sólido conhecimento em gestão de parcerias estratégicas e desenvolvimento de negócios;
Compromisso com os valores da HomeHelp;
Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e negociação.

Tipo de vaga: Tempo integral, Efetivo CLT

Salário: R$7.000,00 - R$9.000,00 por mês
