Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 9 years of experience with marketing technology, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, or consulting in a client-facing role. - Experience in pipeline and funnel management. - Ability to speak and write in Portuguese and English fluently. Preferred qualifications: - Experience leading a sales team or developing sales professionals with a focus on coaching and mentoring. - Experience in change management. - Experience working in the digital advertising industry. - Ability to have a diverse cultural understanding and be comfortable working with diverse regional and global teams. **About the job**: Businesses that partner with Google come in all shapes, sizes and market caps, and no one Google advertising solution works for all. Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing businesses grow. Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users. Our Customer Onboarding Team helps our newest clients launch, optimize, and expand their advertising campaigns. In doing this, we help enable our customers with their first experience with sustainable success by reducing churn, increasing sustainability, and driving long-term growth. As the Sales Manager for Customer Onboarding for the LATAM region, you'll lead a team of Account Managers. This team works with new customers to navigate them through the world of digital marketing (e.g., crafting marketing objectives, developing media strategies, and setting them up with the right Google Ads product to reach key milestones). Additionally, you'll be managing business operations working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to foster alignment and to drive customers long-term success. In collaboration, we create and implement business plans broadly for all types of businesses. **Responsibilities**: - Oversee business performance of assigned portfolio of accounts. Achieve quarterly goals and manage performance expectations with teams. - Partner effectively across different Sales teams to align and foster success as One Team to drive long-term customer sustainability. - Provide career coaching/performance feedback and development opportunities on a regular basis. Lead by example and inspire others by doing the right thing for clients. - Ensure healthy pipeline and work side-by-side with your product sellers (e.g., meet clients/shadow calls/co-pitch) coaching to grow their business and product skills.
