As Area Sales Manager, you will develop and execute the sales strategy for DFE Pharma at our customers in Latin America. You will be responsible for the growth ambitions at our customers, including new developments.

**What we ask**:

- Bachelor or Master in pharmacy
- Min. 2 years of commercial experience in a pharma B2B environment
- Strong business acumen, analytical and numerical
- Proven track record in cross-functional and multi-level collaboration
- Be customer focused and capable of analyzing and fulfilling customer needs
- Quick learner, energetic team player, driven by results, passionate about making the deal and persevering until goal is achieved
- Excellent communicator (oral & written) combined with presentation skills

- Build a strong and sustainable pipeline
- Technical support to distributors and customers
- Position DFE Pharma as leader in expertise in the territory under your responsibility
- Work on brand strengthening and brand recognition

**Team Details**:

- Hybrid Remote-Presential
- Territory Coverage Latin America
- Up to 50% traveling required
- You will report to the Regional Sales Manager LATAM
- You will have two peer colleagues in your region (one Sales Manager and one (Technical Manager)
