**What we're looking for**:
We're looking for an outstanding Sales Manager to join our team in Brazil with 10 years of progressive business experience in a large, multi-national software, technology, and consulting organization developing and performing business plans and programs. **Position Overview**:
The Sales Manager will drive and increase penetration of our Citrix portfolio within the territory with the approach of a territory manager. You will use channel partners and various Citrix sales roles for lead generation and to close deals. Customer and partner engagement are key to get results.

You will lead a team that covers the Brazil territory of at least 250K seats.

**Primary Responsibilities**:
Lead senior account managers.

Accountable for department revenue, forecast numbers and results.

Carry out all aspects of the sale including pricing negotiations and ensure successful order fulfillment.

Run weekly forecasts against revenue targets and work closely with inside sales counterparts to manage the pipeline and set appropriate revenue expectations.

Partner with sales and service organizations and IT business executives within corporate environments.

Responsible for execution of strategy and operations of this commercial department.

Recommends operational plans and strategies that will directly impact the achievement of overall functional results.

Directs the execution of strategies established by leadership.

High degree of responsibility for resources, and frequently influences business decisions made by leadership.

Problems and issues faced are numerous and undefined, and require detailed information gathering, analysis and investigation to understand the problem.

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree required.
- 10+ years prior confirmed experience.
- Prior Leadership & Talent Management experience.
- English professional proficiency with excellent verbal and written communication skills to connect with executive leadership regarding matters of significant importance to the organization.
- Requires broad management and leadership knowledge to lead multiple areas.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Prior experience managing a department or small unit that includes multiple teams.
