**Technology searches for a **Business Delivery Technology Specialist**
This position will support Global Transaction Services Technology acting as a Tech Lead for Digital Signature and Brazil Supply Chain Finance (SCF) Platforms in the LATAM region working on projects that span both regulatory and business enablement portfolios as well as risk mitigation and platform enhancements.
**Responsibilities**
- Active participation on requirements (business and technical) for projects and enhancements involving the Brazil Trade Finance Platform - Supply Chain Finance and Brazil Digital Signature Platform, including local solutions (Função, Fepweb) and global systems;
- Project scopes will include compliance with market laws as well as new products, systems improvements and platform enhancements (strong focus on internal and external mandates);
- Be responsible for creating design documents in meetings with local and international teams;
- Negotiate deadlines, scope of deliveries, among others;
- Facilitator between Technology and Users areas;
- Coordinate multiple deliveries / projects at the same time, including vendor and internal teams (local/global), ensuring, ensuring established plans and deadlines are met;
- Proactive risk identification, resolution and escalation;
- Acting with teams of systems, support, infrastructure and architecture in troubleshooting and implementations of the necessary changes;
- Assistance L3 Production Support;
- Analyze regulatory changes in order to identify platform impacts;
**Core skills and requirements**
- Degree in Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or similar;
- Fluency in English (written and spoken);
- Solutions based in API;
- Assertive Communication and team work;
- Strong focus on results;
- Extensive experience and knowledge on Banking products. SCF Banking Products knowledge is a differential (Discount / Advances to Suppliers, Sale of Receivables and a Receivables from cards, etc)Knowledge of Função and FEPWeb systems is a differential;
- Experience with coordination and software life cycle;
- Experience in project life cycle (traditional and / or agile methodologies), coordinating and accompanying tasks of different teams in various projects;
- Experience with defect management;
- Well organized. Must be able to manage in multiple simultaneously ongoing tasks, keeping control and not missing deadlines;
- Logical/Critical thinking and Problem Solving. Must be able to isolate cases/consequences and seek ways to progress tests in the light of changes and defects;
- Teamwork/Negotiation/Influence. Requires strong partnership and trust amongst user and vendors community.
