Overview:
**Account Manager**

This position is with Hexagon’s Autonomy & Positioning division, a global technology leader, pioneering end-to-end solutions industry leaders rely on for assured positioning and autonomy on land, sea and air. Our work touches every aspect of life, from sustainability on Earth to enabling autonomy. Within the Autonomy & Positioning division your work will contribute to the operation of our brand(s) NovAtel, AutonomouStuff, VERIPOS and Antcom.

**The Location**: Hexagon is a global company with locations around the world. This position is located in Rio das Ostras - RJ, Brasil.

**Responsibilities**:
As an **Account Manager** you will be responsible for:

- Actively manage customer accounts including negotiate contract renewals or commercial quotations
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key customer stakeholders
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives adhering to company quality and safety standards
- Develop new, additional business with existing customers
- Forecast and track key account metrics
- Vessel mobilisations: Ensuring that all necessary risk assessments are completed and the relevant materials, personnel and documentation have been requested to allow satisfactory completion of the mobilisation
- Ensuring that the final product/service is compliant to Customer’s specification, meeting all contractual and quality requirements

Qualifications:
**Must Have**:

- A recognised higher education Technical qualification or several years relevant experience in the Offshore Marine, Survey and Positioning industry
- Conversational English both Written and Oral
- Experience of Commercial Customer Support, i.e. Sales, Sales Engineer (Internal\External), Project Manager etc.

**Key Success Factors**:

- Strong planning and organisation skills
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to build customer relationships
