Ai Project Management Intern

Position Summary
SRBR is looking for an intern to support project managers, especially dedicated to support daily activities regarding projects from AI area. In addition, the intern should contribute to help in administrative daily tasks and solve any device and app issues that may happen in order to avoid problems in AI projects.
Role and Responsibilities
- Help to create schedules and follow up the deliverables during the project milestones
- Make national or international acquisitions, seeking suppliers, researching items and following the entire process
- Organization and creation of documents in AI area
- Organization and facilitation of AI area training.
- Governance of access to employee tools and software
- General support in issues related to project management and support to project member of AI team
- Monitoring of imports and receiving samples
Skills and Qualifications
- Enrolled in Bachelor degree on Administration, Production Engineering or related areas
- Good reporting abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proactivity to overcome challenges and agility to deal with great daily demands;
- English: intermediate to advanced level
Optional requirements:
- Knowledge in management system as Confluence and Jira
- Basic knowledgein programming
- Knowledge in agile methodologies
