Since our technologies are open source in nature, customers are empowered to discover, assess, and use our products without high-pressure sales tactics. Our Account Managers focus on building strategic relationships, understanding business needs, and creating strong connections between our OEM partners and WSO2 teams.

You will be responsible for managing the overall health of relationships, helping OEM partners to find the right information, education, advice, and suitable engagement model, and enabling the efficient procurement of services—which will lead the OEM to achieve their business goals.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of five years of experience in sales and account management in a technology or information services company.
- A university degree, preferably in Information Technology.
- Experience in working with partners and managing partnerships will be an added advantage.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English skills.
