Commercial and New Business Executive - São Paulo, Brazil

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Missions and Purpose of the Role**
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in our market through innovative sales approaches.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our software solutions to potential customers.
- Understand customer needs to create and present commercial proposals offering tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.
- Drive revenue growth by consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors to refine sales strategies.
- **Key Stakeholders or Cross-Functional Collaboration**
- Work closely with the **Marketing Team** to align on lead generation efforts and campaign strategies.
- Collaborate with the **Product Team** to understand software functionalities and provide customer feedback for enhancements.
- Partner with the **Customer Success Team** to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the **Finance and Legal Teams** to handle contract negotiations and pricing structures.
- **Impact of the Role**
- Directly contributes to the company’s growth by expanding the client base and increasing revenue.
- Plays a critical role in positioning the company as a trusted enterprise software provider.
- Helps shape product improvements by gathering customer insights and sharing feedback internally.
- Strengthens brand reputation through excellent customer engagement and relationship management.
- **Education and Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales in the enterprise software or SaaS industry, in the digital or print content supply chain.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles, including consultative selling and contract negotiations.
- **Technical Skills**
- Strong understanding of DALIM markets as described in introduction.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Ability to understand and explain software functionalities to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with cloud computing, SaaS models, and digital transformation trends
- Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese and English.

**Job Details**:

- **Location**: São Paulo or southeast, south and central-west regions, Brazil.
- **Work Hours**: Full-time, with flexible hours.
- **Remote Work Policy**: Mostly remote + physical meetings with stakeholders.
- **Reporting Line**: Reports to the Regional Business Development Manager.
- **Contract Type**: PJ (Legal Entity), long-term contract.
