**What you will do**:

- Consulting with product groups, districts and dealers to develop and implement customer solutions designed to maximize product value and pricing for GET (ground engaging tool) and UC products (undercarriage);
- Designing corrective business plans for shortfalls and capitalizing on identified incremental sales opportunities;
- Resolving issues related to the products and overall commercial performance in the territory; overseeing market trends, demand fluctuations and basic customer requirements;Developing new prospects, establishing customers and finding opportunities to introduce an organization's products and services.

**What you will have**:

- **Customer Focus**:Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.
- **Relationship Management**:Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
- **Value Selling**:Knowledge of the principles and practices for selling products, technology and services; ability to provide overall product/service 'value' and to differentiate support offerings that address clearly understood customer needs.

**Basic requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree;
- Pre-Advanced english.
- Knowledge of GET (ground engaging tool) and UC products (undercarriage);
- Spanish language proficiency.

**Additional Information**:

- Travel required (about 50%).
