We are currently recruiting for an experienced Proposal Specialist or clinical trials professional with project management experience to join a dedicated global team in a very fast-paced environment. As a Senior Proposal Specialist you would have overall management and accountability for the entire proposal process, including coordination of all key operational areas, preparation, review, and strategic development. You would ensure smooth transition of awarded proposals to the Contracts Team, which may include first-run revisions/negotiations to text and budgets for newly awarded projects. You will spend your days focused on the project management of your proposals, interacting with colleagues from around the world.

To succeed in this role your background must include extensive experience and/or education in the Clinical trials industry, ideally as a Proposal Specialist or Project Assistant. You must have excellent English communication skills and the ability to multi-task with great attention to detail. Superior skills in Excel, writing, budgets/numbers and fluency in English are all required. Preference will be given to those with a relevant University Degree.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced industry professional who wants to move into a truly global role. You will interact with colleagues from around the world while working independently.

- Advanced MS Excel
- Fluency in English (writing and speaking)
