**Job Summary**:
Develop and grow the Purification Solutions business within BRZ in line with global business strategy, aligning organisation resources to effectively meet customer needs. Identify market opportunites and lead sales efforts in the region. Develop and implement customer account strategies in support of global and regional business objectives. Lead and motivate regional sales support teams as needed.
**Roles and Responsabilities**:
- Budget preparation, P&L accountability, and delivery of a comprehensive business plan.
- Lead the strategic growth of new and existing markets within BRZ, ABC, MCA; market analysis, competitive assessment, segmentation and development.
- Develop, maintain and implement account plans for new and existing customers.
- Develop and implement proposals against RFQ or customer defined needs; negotiate customer contracts as needed.
- Maintain regular communication with customers, S&C Commercial Managers, Country Managers and Purification Solutions Management.
- Manage integrated regional business unit relationships ensuring effective use of resource and capability aligned to local operations protocol and standards.
- Relate customer needs to organization as well as company technology groups.
- Monitor market and pricing trends as well as competitor activities. Advise organization of consequences.
- Participate in the development of regional pricing strategies.
- Lead or assist the resolution of customer problems and/or disputes
**Qualification and Experience Requirements**:
- Sales experience and an understanding of marketing concepts.
- Industry knowledge in the primary markets of energy, environmental and water treatment.
- Gas Processing knowledge.
- Engineering or Business degree required. Related experience considered.
- Excellent sales, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent technical skills in problem solving and providing solutions.
- Familiairity with Fixed Bed Technology, including media handling activities.
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Availability to travel
- Localidade: Macaé ou Rio de Janeiro/RJ
