As we continue to drive this mission forward, we are looking for an Account Executive to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in the Mid-Market and Enterprise segments.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving new business and deepening relationships with existing clients. **What You’ll Be Doing**
- Top-Line Growth: Drive revenue by acquiring new commercial customers, growing existing partnerships, and expanding our footprint in the Mid-Market and Enterprise segments.
- Customer Relationships: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention. Proactively develop opportunities for cross-selling additional solutions to optimize account revenue.
- Consultative Selling: Understand customer business objectives and align MOVEO AI's products to meet their needs, delivering tailored product demonstrations and articulating compelling business cases.
- Data-Driven Sales: Leverage customer insights, intent signals, and usage data to prospect effectively, improve conversion rates, and retain and expand customer relationships.
- Sales Execution: Lead complex, multi-month sales cycles, managing every stage from initial outreach through closing, and ensuring accurate forecasting.
- Collaborative Approach: Partner with internal teams to refine sales strategies and ensure alignment with customer goals, driving product adoption and satisfaction.
- Executive Engagement: Establish and maintain executive-level relationships with decision-makers, leveraging your expertise to drive value for customers.
- Sales Performance: Consistently exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals by maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities and executing against KPIs.
**What You’ll Bring to the Role**
- Sales Expertise: 2+ years of B2B sales and account management, preferably in the SaaS industry, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Customer Success: Experience managing and expanding relationships with customers across various industries, from initial sale through renewals and upsells.
- Complex Sales: Skilled at navigating long, value-centric sales cycles, including proofs of concept and engaging multiple stakeholders.
- Executive-Level Sales: Experience selling to VP and C-level executives, both in person and through remote tools.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: A self-starter with a passion for growing your own territory, seeking innovative ways to create value for customers and expand business opportunities.
- Sales Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools and prospecting tools.
- Growth Mindset: A desire for continuous learning and professional growth, paired with strong collaboration skills.
- Presentation & Negotiation: Exceptional skills in presenting solutions and closing deals, with a knack for value selling.
