**Responsibilities**:

- ** Analyze campaign performance metrics** (open rates, click-through rates, conversions, revenue) and collaborate with the team to implement optimizations.
- ** Collaborate with the design, content, and paid media teams** to ensure campaign assets are aligned and executed smoothly.
- ** Work remotely during Toronto hours (9-5:30pm EST)**, collaborating with teams across different time zones.

Qualifications:

- ** Proficiency in Klaviyo** (flows, segmentation, testing, reporting) is a must.
- ** Strong communication and collaboration skills** with the ability to work effectively with remote teams.
- ** Detail-oriented**, with the ability to **analyze data** and **make decisions** based on performance metrics.
- Ability to manage **multiple projects** in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
- Experience turning insights into **actionable improvements** to enhance campaign performance and engagement.
- ** Bonus**: HTML/CSS knowledge, experience with **paid media**, or experience in **lifestyle** or **wellness** brands.
