- Provide 24/7 lead follow-up, sales calls, and chat support in the U.S. Central Time Zone, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to bolster our presence in new markets and sectors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize customer satisfaction and service quality.
