Program Management to Enterprise Architecture
Program Manager will be responsible to lead value delivery in a COE, within platform quality standard, on time.
Responsabilities
- Keep a good relationship and closeness to customers and PO's;
- Plan, organize and monitor deliveries by value stream;
- Ensure alignment among PO's from the same value stream;
- Control deliveries and deadlines;
- Ensure communication flow between value stream teams and stakeholders.
- Manage risks, dependencies and bottlenecks that may impact the team and deliveries;
- Actively act in the removal of impediments;
- Report the progress of deliveries to the Program Management Lead and stakeholders.
- Ensure incremental deliverables of value in the form of running software and drive continuous improvement;
- Participate in the platform's value-increasing plans;
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of metrics to monitor the project's evolution;
- Coordinate and ensure the release of development deliverables into production, encouraging the adoption of continuous integration practices in the project;
- Participate in inspection and adaptation workshops;
- Monitor the internal testing period with users;
- Track deliveries throughout the product lifecycle
