As a Lead Resource Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day management, development, direction and staffing of Field Service Engineers.

As a Lead Resource Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Promoting excellence in safe working environment, Quality and ensures compliance with applicable EHS & Quality policies and procedures.
- Managing FSE team, developing both technical and managerial skills through training path to achieve certification target and coaching session
- Coordinating with FS Regional Pool to provide effective support and balanced utilization in respect of Working Time Regulation
- Ensuring customer satisfaction deploying qualified FSEs for complex and standard Field Service Projects,
- Communicating effectively with team members, P&Ls and AE support personnel during pre-job planning and post outage meetings
- Supporting the hiring process for interviewing and on boarding and ensure resources target is to meet customer commitments and objectives
- Traveling extensively and perform engagement leadership visits and meet with Customer representatives and team members.

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have Bachelor’s degree
- Have previous experience as Resource manager within Oil & Gas industry.
- Show knowledge of English, Portuguese and Spanish, spoken and written.
- Demonstrate familiarity with common PC software tools.
