The Role
The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting the Spanish countries employees and line managers with the queries and requests regarding various topics under the HR organization. The HR Generalist will report directly to the LATAM HR Manager.
**Responsibilities**:
- Work across multiple areas of HR including General HR program/policy development, administration, and compliance. Employee hiring, onboarding, termination, and records maintenance.
- HR related training in some organizations, may also be accountable for some or all of the following: HR Business Partnership (consulting and coaching).
- Participate and roll out Staffing and Recruiting. Talent and Organization Performance. Training and Development.
- Work across the region with payroll providers to inform payroll inputs such as bonuses, awards and etc and revise and approve payroll reports.
- Work across the region with benefits brokers to support employees with queries about the benefits in the region.
- Be the point of contact for employees and line managers in Spanish countries to support and answers to queries and requests
**Requirements**:
- Previous generalist experience in personnel department, with end-to-end knowledge of all processes involving this area, including: Admission Process, Voluntary and Involuntary Termination, Termination, Vacations, Payroll, Benefits, among other activities.
- Previous experience in the Human Resources area performing operational activities related to the personnel department routine is mandatory
- Advanced English
- Planning and Organization Skills is mandatory.
- Ability to set priorities based on impact and urgency is mandatory
- Ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity and discretion is mandatory
- Ability to guarantee the delivery of the operational and in parallel to propose improvements regarding the establishment of processes and flows that will bring more structuring is mandatory.
