**This position reports to**:
IS Service Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- As requested gives advice and supports the installation of new IS solutions/services, or the changing of existing IS solutions/services. When involved, delivers the appropriate IS solution/service according to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), in time, in budget and at quality
- Proactively supports the installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of internal and cross-functional processes related to IS solutions/services.
- For assigned tasks, executes all actions in IS processes according to agreed RACIS specification.
- Consults and gives advice to ensure others comply with ABB IS Enterprise Architecture.
- Provides leadership to temporary work teams, guiding and monitoring task completion, sharing expert knowledge and advice normally without carrying line responsibility.

**Your background**:

- Deep understanding and experience about IS frameworks and methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree - desirable in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields.
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English.
