Are you a driven sales professional with expertise in data center hardware and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? We are looking for both Junior and Senior Sales Executives to join our dynamic team, responsible for promoting and selling our data center hardware solutions. If you have a strong background in servers, storage, networking, and thrive in a client-facing role, we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage prospective clients to promote our data center hardware products, including servers, storage solutions, and networking equipment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients by understanding their data center needs and providing tailored hardware solutions.
- Collaborate with the technical and support teams to ensure seamless implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Present hardware solutions to clients, effectively communicating product features, benefits, and technical specifications.
- Provide ongoing customer support to address hardware-related inquiries and assist with after-sales service.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to provide clients with the most current solutions.
- Meet or exceed sales targets through strategic planning and proactive client outreach.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress in CRM tools.
Qualifications:
- Some experience in hardware sales or IT-related sales is preferred.
- Basic understanding of data center infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A willingness to learn and grow within the role.
- 3+ years of proven experience in data center hardware sales or a similar role.
- Experience in Quoting Systems - can automate quote generation, utilize dynamic pricing, and allow for customization and flexibility to meet individual client needs.
- Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networking solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent client relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Experience in presenting technical hardware solutions to a diverse range of clients.
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) are a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is preferable.
