Talent Acquisition Manager

This is a management-level role focused on optimizing talent operations, ensuring alignment between offshore talent and internal hiring managers, and driving efficiency across recruitment workflows.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Stakeholder Collaboration & Process Management**: Work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to align on talent needs and hiring priorities. Address roadblocks to streamline the hiring process.
- **Project & Process Optimization**: Lead initiatives to improve recruitment workflows, implement best practices, and track recruitment metrics.
- **Data Analysis & Reporting**: Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and provide data-driven insights to stakeholders.
- **Compliance & Best Practices**: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements and adhere to best practices.
- **Recruitment Technology & Tools**: Leverage and optimize recruitment technologies (ATS, CRM, sourcing tools) to improve efficiency.
**Required Qualifications**
- **Talent Acquisition Experience**: Minimum of **4 years of experience managing client facing processes** and overseeing full-cycle recruitment.
- **Strong Communication & Stakeholder Management**: Exceptional written and verbal English skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders and stakeholders across time zones.
- **Project Management & Process Optimization**: Proficient with recruitment tools (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Lever) and project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello). Strong process improvement mindset.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience working in the **IT industry** and a technical background
- **BPO experience** is highly desirable
