**O TEU DIA A DIA**

Nós procuramos um **Regional CIO South America (SA)** para trabalhar en **Rua Aujovil Martini nº 177 e 201, Piracicaba/SP, São PAulo 13420-833 BRA**. A tua missão será:
Development and implementation of an information technology strategy that is aligned with the company goals.

IT staff management, including hiring, training, and developing employees.

Definition and implementation of IT governance processes, including policies, standards and controls for security.

Implementation/monitoring of information management systems, including database, content management and artificial intelligence systems. Implementation of cloud computing solutions, including infrastructure as a service (IaaS), platform as service (PaaS) and software as a service (SaaS).

Implementation of cyber security solutions including firewalls, intrusion detection and encryption.

IT project management, including planning, budgeting, resource management, and progress tracking.

Development of IT performance reports and emerging technologies.

Management of contracts with IT suppliers and negotiation of commercial agreements.

Implementation of unified communications solutions, including voice over IP (VoIP), instant messaging (IM) and video conferencing.

Development and implementation of data backup and recovery solutions to ensure data continuity of business in case of interruptions.

Management of systems integration projects, including the integration of legacy and new systems, business intelligence solutions, dashboards, reports analytics and data mining.

Development and implementation of business process automation solutions, including robotic business processes (RPA) and workflows.

Active participation in board and other strategic committees to ensure that the IT strategy is in line with the overall goals of the company.

**AS TUAS COMPETÊNCIAS**

Complete Graduation, desirable postgraduate or MBA ;
Experience: From 8 years in related activities;
Knowledge in ERP and IT solutions;
Fluent English and Spanish;
Have been with the company for at least 6 months and in your current position.
