**Requisitos**:

- Bachelor’s degree of Economics, Engineering, Business, or related field;
- Experience within the capital goods industry;
- Native in Portuguese, fluent in English and nice to have Spanish;
- Project management knowledge;
- Customer focus for business solutions.

**Atividades**:

- Manage regional pricing process in order to achieve Region Latin America targets in terms of sales volumes and profitability;
- Define and implement pricing strategies in close cooperation with sales districts, product managers and other global functions such as Uptime Parts & Services Center of Expertise;
- Identify market needs and opportunities, working in cooperation with product managers, transforming them into requirements towards Uptime Parts & Services Center of Expertise;
- Define and implement pricing surveys to analyze competitive parts, price comparison data, and solve specific pricing complaints;
- Analyze and propose solutions to price complaints and price missing information sent by dealers;
- Harmonize price lists for common parts with other Volvo business areas such as Trucks, Buses and Penta;
- Be capable of using automate tools and AI to make some pricing process more lean and agile;
- Develop training material and presentations to support and coach regional sales teams (Volvo/SDLG and dealers).
