CALA Channel Marketing Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Develop partner programs where lead generation is the primary priority
- Manage Co-marketing budget and approval process for channel activities
- Track effectiveness of marketing programs rolled out for partner community and adjust as needed to ensure campaigns are fully optimized
- Create and execute promotions designed to increase sales on specific product lines
- Meet with select partners on a quarterly basis to track program results and uncover new program requirements
- Work closely with regional sales team to ensure partner programs are leveraged and understood
- Help channel sales team to onboard new partners
- Minimum of 5 years developing and executing a channel marketing strategy and/or in a demand generation role
- Strong writing skills aimed to optimize demand
- Discipline to work remote in a home-based office
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to travel when necessary - approximate travel requirement is no more than 5-10%
- Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese
