**Job Description**:
Inside Sales Representative is an **individual contributor role **with direct reporting line towards Inside Sales Team Leader.

An Inside Sales Representative is a full sales cycle role focusing on our C/D segment customers. The ISR has to generate and developed new deals (opportunities) for the “new Revenue” quota, developed opportunities generated by other teams like SDR and Partners and also maintain revenue of our installed base. The priority will be to bring revenue by learning about Infobip processes including provisioning accounts and KPI targets. Inside Sales Representatives will work collaboratively with their cells defined by vertical. Depending on the regions Inside Sales Representatives can help with other verticals depending on capacity and number of leads.

The Inside Sales Rep is a Key role within Infobip since we are in charge of the Mid Market accounts, so the ISR needs to strategically distribute resources to reach quota.

Your Key responsibilities?
- Achieving defined KPI goals based on Revenue for the company
- Follow full sales cycle on SMB (C & D) level accounts
- Use and maintain the Salesforce data quality
- Accept feedback and training to continue to improve and develop
- Understand and execute Enterprise + Volume Velocity Sales process.
- Gain knowledge in internal tools
- Properly understand the contract process and working with Legal
- Focusing in verticals defined by the sales strategy

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in sales roles
- Good sales oriented communication skills
- Negotiation skills
- Proficiency in English
