Company DescriptionMonetizeMail.Co - We help scale DTC ecommerce brands using email marketing.We're passionate about helping brands make a real impact through email marketing.Whether you're looking to drive sales, build brand awareness, or increase customer engagement, we've got the expertise and creative energy to make it happen.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) for a full-time remote position, with a specific focus on cold calling.As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in our inside sales activities and lead generation efforts.Your primary responsibility will be to identify and qualify potential clients through cold calling, initiate contact, and nurture relationships to drive sales.This role requires effective communication with clients and close collaboration with the sales and business development teams to achieve sales targets.ResponsibilitiesConduct cold calling to identify and qualify potential clientsInitiate contact and build relationships with prospective clientsEffectively communicate the value proposition of our products/servicesNurture leads through follow-ups and relationship-building activitiesCollaborate with the sales and business development teams to achieve sales targetsMaintain accurate records of lead interactions and sales activities in the CRM systemCompensationOur compensation structure is designed to reward both consistent effort and exceptional performance.As a Sales Development Representative, you will receive:Base Salary: $300 per monthCommission: 15% of Revenue GeneratedPerformance Fee: $***** per qualified sales call generatedExpected Salary: $**** per monthThis structure ensures that you have a stable base income while also providing the opportunity to significantly increase your earnings based on your success in generating qualified leads.Additional InformationThis job opportunity includes detailed standard operating procedures (SOPs) that cover any questions or details needed to successfully book qualified calls at scale.These SOPs provide comprehensive guidance to ensure your success.There is significant room for growth as an SDR / Cold Caller at MonetizeMail, where you could advance to become a Sales Development Manager and lead teams based on your experience and performance.#J-*****-Ljbffr
