**Requisitos**:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering;
- Experience in product development;
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written;
- Understanding of product development processes;
- Product and market knowledge for the Latin America;
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams, drive for results, set priorities and build trust;
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Experience in a people management role;
- Business acumen and learn on the fly.
**Atividades**:
- Lead the CAE Simulation team in the development and execution of Finite Element Analysis (FEA), Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), Complete Vehicle Model (CVM), 1D Analysis among others;
- Oversee the creation of product documentation and coordinate with engineering teams to ensure feasibility;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, timelines, and budgets;
- Manage the execution of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets;
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team;
- Recruit, develop, and mentor team members to build a high-performing organization;
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate effective collaboration and communication.
