Learn more about it here. **THE OPPORTUNITY** We are hiring a **Global Digital Communication Analyst** for our** Wellbeing Engagement** **team in** São Paulo, Brazil** This pivotal role is dedicated to supporting our clients in effectively engaging and communicating with their workforce about Wellhub through internal channels (B2B2C). If you are a detail-oriented and hands-on professional and have good communication and analytical skills, we'd love to hear from you. **YOUR IMPACT**: - Regularly update recurring reports on our scalable initiatives, integrating engagement data to provide stakeholders with valuable insights for strategic decision-making. - Work closely with the Regional Wellbeing Engagement team and other stakeholders to test and gain approval for communications, ensuring alignment within our local teams. - Create briefings to request communications assets, coordinating the process and deadlines with our creative agency and all teams involved. - Implement strategic improvements to effectively engage clients cross digital channels, aligning efforts with business objectives and enhancing the B2B2C experience. - Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life balance. **WHO YOU ARE**: - Previous experience in Marketing / Communication areas with cross-functional teams. - Advanced English. - Experience in building reports, showcasing an analytical mindset. - Previous experience working with communication strategists in CRMs (Salesforce, Marketing Cloud); - Good writing and verbal communication skills (including presentation skills). - Have a sense of ownership and determination to get things done, with eagerness to learn and grow with hands-on mindset. - Ability to adapt to new scenarios and thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments. - Familiarity with Google packages, such as Google Sheets and Slides. - Experience with B2B2C approach is a plus. - Basic HTML proficiency (capable of adapt code for simple content and experimentation needs) is a plus. **WHAT WE OFFER YOU (Latam)**: Our benefits include: **WELLNESS**: Health, dental, and life insurance. **FLEXIBLE WORK**: For most, this will be a hybrid office/remote structure but can vary depending on the needs of the role and employee preferences.
