**Benefits Operations Analyst**

Come work as a Benefits Operations Analyst at Aon Brasil. This is a hybrid role to be worked at home and a few days in our client at Rio de Janeiro.

**What the day will look like**:
You will be responsible for providing face-to-face assistance to our partners' employees, giving them general guidance on benefit plans and carrying out the line of operational processes that consist of:

- Daily handling of requests;
- Preparation of reports to the client;
- Registration movement process with inclusion, exclusion, upgrade or downgrade of benefits acquired by the customer ;
- Data validation process.

**Skills and experience that will lead you to success**:

- Complete graduation;
- Advanced Excel;
- Previous experience with benefits operation;
- Previous experience with customer service;
- Advanced English;
- Be resilient to work in a high-demand environment.
