MISSÃO DO CARGO:
Be the single point of contact and responsible for all new product launches in the country within the commercial organization, and for all local business development projects.

Play a lead role as a key business partner for the local commercial organization in key projects in order to bring breakthroughs that change patients’ lives.

PRINCIPAIS ATRIBUIÇÕES / RESPONSABILIDADES:

- Develop and coordinate the strategic process to determine new product launches priorities for the country
- Work with RTALs (Regional Therapeutic Leads) to actively review regional category prioritization, and appropriately challenge as needed
- Create country prioritization across categories, and present to Leadership Team
- Ensure cross functional coordination with all required areas (regulatory, legal, supply, marketing, access, public affairs, medical, etc) to guarantee launch excellence for the priority assets
- Identify areas of improvement to accelerate our launches
- Track all business cases developed in country and monitor time to approval
- Support and coordinate the New Product launch process
- Lead Launch Excellence Committee and ensure timely reporting of potential launch delays, their impact and corrective actions
- Lead local business development initiatives
- Act as a strategic advisor to the Leadership Team
- Contribute in the development of the strategic plan
- Work with Categoy Leads mapping and identifying business (projects) opportunities
- Prepare business plans for new projects to obtain internal approval
- Interact with all functional areas (manufacturing, regulatory, marketing, finance, commercial and support areas) necessary to prepare the project scope;
- Analyze all aspects of the project, fully understanding the scenarios and their implications for the business;
- Identify and present solutions to optimize the preparation of business plans and maximize project results.

QUALIFICAÇÕES NECESSÁRIAS PARA O CARGO

Industry knowledge
- Deep understanding of pharmaceutical business and the new Pfizer’s mision
- In depth knowledge of the new product planning process and market dynamics in the country
- Understanding of reimbursement process, channel management, regulatory and supply fundamentals

Technical capabilities
- Experience identifying and evaluating business cases
- Broad strategic capabilities (e.g. strategic planning, innovation and transformation)

Drive impact
- Proven track record of leading multidisciplinary projects, driving change and organizing teams that successfully achieve milestones and deliverables
- Communication and influencing
- Excellent communication skills including effective oral and written communication in large/small groups, excellent presentation skills
- Strong presence and ability to drive groups, including senior audiences, to conclusions
- Credibility, accessibility and responsiveness
- Relationship building skills with key internal stakeholders

- Ability to quickly frame key questions, scope projects, and propose a structured and practical approach to solving complex and ill-defined problems

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in business, strategy or related field
- At least seven (5) years of experience in management, marketing, business development or strategic consulting.
- Track record of successfully lead projects as project manager, strategy lead or comparable
