**We are looking for a Logistics Assistant that will handle the following**:
**Main activities and responsibilities -**

Perform daily follow up and ensure instructions are followed by agents and vendors.
- Nominating booking, blocking units in other terminals, monitoring daily releases.
- Nominate Containers for export, for evacuation, charge depots not performing FIFO.
- Following up SAP invoices for Log expenses.
- Review daily movements within the area to ensure system is fully updated.
- Inventory reconciliation & exception handling.
- Yearly inventory checking for audit purposes - Stock taking.
- Run inventory reports daily.
- Updating shared file with and reports for region.
- Empty positions/evacuation.
- Scale out, Misused containers, Off hires and Lost/Stolen equipment/Sales.
- Empty stock without movement.
- Data analysis and development of reports thru Excel.

**Requirements**:
Degree in Business Administration or Logistics

Experience in shipping industry will be considered a differential

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

High English language skills

MS office skills, Excel tasks using macros as well detailed pivot table
