**This is a remote position, you can be located anywhere in Brazil.**

Rock is a global leader in content marketing, with offices in four countries, so English is our official language. Therefore, you will be tested on English language proficiency, and the results will be available by the end of the test.

The LegalOps function plays a very important role at Rock, supporting the Operational Excellence team and reporting to the Head of Operational Excellence within the Business Analytics department.

The Contract Manager role revolves around breaking down organizational silos and managing customers focusing on US/CA client contracts across the entire organization in a holistic way. This helps to create new opportunities, plug revenue leakage, and mitigate risks.

This role requires an ability to understand the landscape between marketing, sales, and post-sales operations and processes for prospective, new, and existing customers; acute agility to shift direction when business needs change; and being self-driven to a high degree to complete initiatives and tasks with appropriate prioritization, urgency, thoroughness, and accuracy.

Your impact:

- Create contracts and other legal document templates.
- Act as a technical reference, providing support to the team.
- With the support of the direct leadership create processes, bringing solutions when needed, and continuously optimize the processes and contracts.
