**What you'll do**
- Driven and enjoy coming to the team with new copywriting retention marketing ideas.
- Execute on automation/flow logic set-up, pop-up builds, and app integrations.
**Who You Are**
- You’re passionate about marketing, and especially interested in learning and growing in the DTC, e-commerce marketing industry.
- You're comfortable in a fast paced environment and can project manage multiple tasks at once for yourself, your team and your clients.
- You dedicate time to learning and being on the cutting edge of trends and best practices in the world of DTC, e-commerce marketing.
- 2+ years of work experience in copywriting, digital marketing, growth marketing, e-commerce, etc. (This is not an entry level position).
- Past experience working at an agency, with DTC brands and/or working with multiple clients in a fast paced environment.
- Demonstrated success in developing creative, high-converting marketing copy for e-commerce brands.
- Experience working with Klaviyo, Attentive, Braze, Iterable or similar omnichannel marketing platform or ESP.
- Enthusiastic, passionate, and creative; thrives on thinking outside of the box to create new best-in-class customer experiences.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, plus ability to clearly articulate and express complex and sometimes technical ideas to a wide variety of people and groups at any level.
