Due to growth and ongoing delivery success with our clients, Turner & Townsend's team in Brazil is looking for a suitably qualified and experienced Cost & Commercial Manager to structure and lead the RE cost management service stream, train and develop the Cost Management team and support driving the T&T culture to grow the business to the next level.
- Strategy, Direction, Leadership and Commercial Success of the Turner & Townsend Brazil RE Cost Management business.
- Support new new sectors where we are actively seeking to break into the market and as needed in new segments where we want to grow.
- Work within the Cost Management team as a leader, managing cost management professionals within larger teams and delivering successful solutions for clients.
- Develop a Cost Management Team and ensure that it is effectively structured, engaged and led.
- Report at management level on service line/projects finances: Keep margin levels and monthly fee/resource forecasts are kept track of on all commissions.
- Work with the Directors for developing new business opportunities with existing and new Turner & Townsend clients.
- Attend bid presentations with Directors.
- Effectively manage risks and maximize commercial returns.
- To provide effective leadership and direction, embedding and promoting the values of T&T and to be responsible for the development of the Brazil Cost Management team.
- Lead a team of 12 T&T employees.

**Qualifications**:

- Be willing and able to lead a project and manage personnel in delivering small and major commissions, together with developing and shaping the organic growth of our Cost Management Team. An ambition and ability to help.
- Excellent communication skills, and strong business acumen, with the ability to drive outcomes on behalf of clients, develop new business, leverage current opportunities, and coordinate with construction and design teams to meet deadlines and deliverables.
- A passion for work, and a strong commitment to producing high quality work, and in motivating others to strive for excellence, and to go the extra mile to meet client requirements
- Experience in client management with solid experience in client facing environment. A natural gravitas in dealings with clients, with a ‘making the difference’ approach.
- Must be a team player and integrate easily with others
- Highly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to your clients and have the ability to work independently.
- Open to new challenges, cultures and experiences, willingness to travel.
- Can do attitude, ability to embrace change, resilience and patience.
- Fluent English
