**Job Description**:
eCommerce Specialist, Health Care Business Group, Latin America

Collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the world

The impact you will make in this role
- You will support and enable marketing programs content pipeline to deliver assets to channel partners
- You will lead external analysis (trends, value chains, situation analysis, competitive intelligence) tied to business group and division strategy for eCommerce optimization
You will provide guidance and support for internal and external stakeholders on technical and organizational challenges on critical ecommerce programs across HCBG divisions.
- Provide data analytics and insights using 3M’s reporting platforms
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues & roadblocks and work towards a solution with multiple internal & external teams.

Your Skills and Expertise

Education and experience:
Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university

Knowledge and skills:
1) Equivalent work experience in Digital Marketing including web sites, e-commerce

2) Outstanding coordination skills and a structured work approach

3) Technical understanding and familiarity with most of the following platforms:

- Websites,
- Where-to-Buy platforms
- Product information Databases
- PowerBI4) Good communication skills in English in both written and verbal form

5) Very strong analytical skills

6) A strong customer service ethic for both, internal and external customers

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

- Project Management Skills
- Customer Management experiences

Travel: May include up to 10% international travel is anticipated
