eCommerce Marketing Sr Specialist

The eCommerce Sr Marketing Specialist will create and execute the right plans for Latin America to meet our business plan objectives with focus in generating demand for KCP’s products across eCommerce distribution channel. The strategic plan and execution, led by this function, consists of topics such as eCommerce brand image management, channel digital marketing campaigns, content marketing, promotional activities on eCommerce platforms, creation and management of product content in eCommerce, among others. This role will be responsible for developing a comprehensive business plan, in conjunction with channel marketing teams, for all KCP eCommerce channels (eRetails and own marketplace) and managing ongoing optimization of budget allocations to ensure the highest return on investment in eCommerce.

As LAO eCommerce Sr Marketing Specialist you will also be responsible for leading our investment in digital media on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Linkedin Ads and managing agencies to support eCommerce and deliver the expected artwork.

To deliver the expected results, the role must demonstrate strong knowledge and experience in digital marketing, have high analytical skills, high attention and sensitivity to customer insights, project management, competitive sense and a solid understanding of eCommerce and digitization.

The person in this role will need to be comfortable working both as part of a team and autonomously, effective in juggling multiple projects simultaneously, and solution-oriented in their work style.

**Role Accountabilities**:

- Develop and execute the product strategy for eCommerce through understanding the customer, understanding the LAO strategic plan and managing stakeholders, such as the LAO marketing team, leading the planning, evaluation and ongoing management of the product assortment and categories within eCommerce, in addition to identifying and evaluating opportunities for packaging optimization.
- Develop and execute the eCommerce product content strategy through customer understanding, current insights into content, stakeholder management such as the LAO marketing team and management of communication agencies.
- Develop and execute the communication strategy for eCommerce through interaction with LAO brand teams, understanding of commercial actions by country and knowledge about commercial strategies in the main players of each market.
- Develop and manage the annual communication calendar according to the launches and campaigns of LAO marketing teams and the needs of commercial leaders in each country.
- Manage artwork development operation focused on communications, products and CRM at LAO level, with marketing team alignment.
- Lead the strategies and operation of organic and paid media in the main media channels such as Google, Facebook, Linkedin, affiliates, remarketing and others.
- Plan, manage and track the media budget for eCommerce through data analysis and with the goal of maximizing channel earnings.
- Support the development and maintenance of institutional websites for KCP and brands throughout LAO, relating to regional and global IT and marketing teams.
- Develop and manage the relationship with marketing, CRM, BI and performance agencies ensuring delivery according to eCommerce demands.
- Develop and manage relationships with key internal eCommerce stakeholders such as marketing, product, technology, and other cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in online/offline messaging, branding and packaging design.
- Develop and manage dynamic eCommerce data management through dashboards and standardized reports.
- Manage the customer journey in the eCommerce interfaces and manage the channel relationship with the other customer touch points at KCP to provide the best customer experience.
- Collaborate and work with eCommerce business leaders in each region to execute the eCommerce strategic plan and maximize channel return.
- Develop and update a product information center and its content focused on the online channel.

**Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in business-related disciplines, such as administration, economics, marketing, publicity and advertising, among others.
- Experience in eCommerce and/or digital marketing roles with a proven track record of achieving top-notch delivery of the online consumer shopping experience.
- Demonstrated successful track record in developing/executing multiple projects and plans at the same time and demonstrated ability in ROI analysis and business program optimization.
- Knowledge of digital KPIs and experience in data analysis and development of reports and dashboards.
- Experience working with cross-functional groups in a matrix-type organization capable of driving collaboration (eg sales, marketing, supply chain, customer service).
- Extensive experience operating performance digital media on major ad platforms such as Google ads, facebook ads and linkedin
