**Responsibilities**:

- Research and identify potential clients who could benefit from our nearshoring solutions.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
- Manage and maintain the company’s CRM system to ensure accurate lead tracking, account updates, and reliable sales forecasting.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities to identify high-potential prospects and refine outreach strategies.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products, services, and industry best practices to effectively address client needs.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, driving the company’s overall growth and success.
- Segment leads based on insights to craft targeted messages that resonate with specific industries, roles, and business needs.
- Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to maximize engagement.
- Leverage tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, and other platforms to create and execute multichannel campaigns tailored to the target audience.
- Analyze market trends and campaign data to uncover new outreach opportunities, track performance, and continuously optimize processes.
- Provide actionable feedback on lead quality and collaborate with internal teams to refine the ideal customer profile (ICP) and enhance overall strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience creating or executing marketing-driven campaigns is a plus.
- At least 3 years of experience in a business development or sales role.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving new business.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including expertise in crafting compelling messages, conducting effective sales calls, and converting leads into opportunities.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in CRM systems such as HubSpot or similar platforms.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, proactive, with a passion for driving results, able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
