**The Job**:

- The Project Management Specialist under Creative Brand Solutions will be responsible for the strategic management of projects sold from branded content to Warner Bros Discovery’s brands, leading the delivery of the project from the sale and coordinating the performance of the contact points responsible for the job.

**The Daily - Major Activities**:
- Lead projects and initiatives from concept to completion, with the guidance of the Project Management Supervisor;-
- Coordinate with internal and external all the information, materials and approvals are arranged for a flawless execution of projects;-
- Report status frequently to CBS Project Management Supervisor and internal stakeholders;-
- Raise potential stress points with project management and internal stakeholders in advance to solve without any loss of the deliverable quality;-
- Coordinate schedules by ensuring deadlines are met;-
- Gather timely feedback from all stakeholders to improve Project Management processes.**The Essentials**:
- Degree in communication or similar;-
- Experience in brand content production;-
- Ability to self-manage deadlines, create and maintain comprehensive project documentation;-
- Able manage multiple projects;-
- Focus on customer's expectations aligned with WBD core and goals.**How We Get Things Done**
