You will face a disruptive and emerging business model that will push you in several areas, with no boundaries for creation and collaboration. **THE OPPORTUNITY** We are hiring an **Process and Productivity Specialist** to our **DOTS - Employee Experience Team**. If you have strong experience working with cross functional areas, mapping the "As-Is" processes, identifying improvements opportunities, developing and implementing "To-Be" scenarios in order to deliver the most efficient processes, let's talk. **YOUR IMPACT** - Collaborate closely with other departments to assess current processes and identify improvement opportunities; - Plan and facilitate cross functional workshops to seek for hidden productivity opportunities; - Conduct in-depth analyses, including data collection, data analyses, and synthesis of data to generate key insights for productivity initiatives; - Develop presentations to proper state the problem/opportunity identified in order to facilitate decision making and prioritization of new initiatives; - Deploy appropriate methodologies to problem solving and support business areas to delivery better productivity results; - Create and implement control mechanism in order to measure and monitor the changes implemented are in place and ensure they don't revert back to old inefficient ways; - Build standard materials, work instructions and processes playbooks to train teams and develop a best practice knowledge base; - Update lessons learned, formally close the initiative and hand over the process and control tools to the area owner making sure they are responsible for ensuring the new process will remain enforced. **WHO YOU ARE** - A dynamic specialist with consolidated practical experience in process improvement using Lean fundamentals; - A person with process driven mindset with experience creating and optimizing processes; - An excellent communicator with presentation and facilitation skills, combined with a strong analytical/technical aptitude; - Ability to influence people in the pursuit of continuous improvement; - Comfortable in a fast-paced changing work environment; - A great listener; - Good proficiency in English language, both verbal and written If you also have some of following topics you may stand out from the crowd - Green/Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma; - Comfortable using tools to draw processes flows ( Draw.io, Visio, Bizagi); - Experience with data query (SQL, R, or Python), data visualization (Tableau/Power BI) and data analytics tools (Minitab); - Project management skills. **WHAT WE OFFER YOU** **We're a wellness company that is committed to the health and well-being of our employees.
