**O que você vai exercer**:

- Act as key contact point between all co-manufacturers for Brazilian and Venezuelan markets and PepsiCo. Be the PepsiCo agent for all business issues related to Co-manufacturers and act as a “account manager” ensuring all relevant internal stakeholders are lined up (Supply Chain, Finance, QC, R&D, Procurement, Legal, etc.).
- Support to issue SOW’s (Statement of Work) and Ways of Working documents to ensure all operational users clearly understand operational requirements of co-manufacturers.
- Support to ensure Business Continuity and Quality Standards in All Co-Manufacturers for Brazil and Venezuela through a constant search, evaluation, and selection of potential partners through issuance of RFI (Request for Information) and RFP (Request for Proposal).
- Help on development of required co-manufacturer through interaction with various cross functional teams from PepsiCo (Finance, Stage Gate, Marketing, R&D, Quality, Legal, Regulatory and Logistics).
- Support development of best in class contracts with all Co-Manufacturers via Legal team.
- Feed information to monitor contractual terms between Co-Manufacturers and PepsiCo ensuring continuity of operation in accordance with defined agreements and adoption of best practices established by LATAM and Global.
- Monitor KPI agreed with Co-Manufacturers and identify those indicators that are not in compliance, establishing and following necessary actions up to improve performance.
- Support to promote quarterly and annual reviews to measure overall Co-Manufacturers business performance.
- Ensure Co-Manufacturers compliance of all applicable regulations in the countries where products are manufactured or target markets for export.
- Support Innovation and regional expansion agenda with Co-manufacturers approval to meet business strategy;
- Support analysis and revision of costs for all Co-Manufacturers periodically (quarterly, half-yearly and yearly depending on the case) ensuring that they are aligned under AOP metrics.
- Help to identify, develop and implement in conjunction with Co-Manufacturers productivity projects to reduce costs.
- Support compliance with all aspects of Quality & Food Safety for products manufactured in Co-Manufacturers.
- Support implementation of Quality Policy & Food Safety Global PepsiCo for Co-Manufacturers.
- Work with Co-Manufacturers to ensure they meet and maintain the targets defined by Quality Control, Supplier Quality Assurance and R&D in all regional or global programs.

- Bachelor in Business / Engineering
- Minimum 2/3 year experience in Plant, Finance, Supply Chain or Business
- Knowledge of Food Production Processes, Supply Chain, Logistics, Quality Assurance & Food Safety
- Tri-lingual: Spanish-Portuguese-English
- Availability of time and travel 20 %
- Expertise in EXCEL and other Microsoft Suites Tools
