**RESPONSIBILITIES AND MAIN TASKS**
- Main point of contact of the Fleet Planning Manager in the area.
- Ensure the transversal review of the planning to identify potential gains in efficiency.
- Ensure that all executable work taking place in the area is properly identified, prioritized, planned, and reviewed with a focus on effective and efficient execution.
- Provide training and mentoring to the planning team as part of a structured development plan.
- Ensure planning activities are embedded into the 3-year-plan exercise of the region
- Plan scorecard; compile, validate and analyse the planning KPIs.
- Conduct continuous analysis of plans and plan implementation.
- Develop, implement, and promote all Planning processes and tools.
- Custodian and support the policies, goals, efforts, and programs of the Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Management System.
- Custodian of the Planning Philosophy and Strategy.
- Interact with activity owners and plan owners to discuss conflicts and agree on their resolution.
- Facilitate Integrated Planning Meetings and stage gate reviews.
- Execute trans-unit integrated activities.
- Recommend to the line and functional organization for planning activity improvements based on the results of the analysis.
- Gather information from all the stakeholders to maintain the operation planning to ensure the plan is up to date.
- Drive the planning objectives cascading and reporting as well as maintaining the integrated planning as per the management system.
- Maintain close liaison with the offshore team and visit the offshore Unit on a regular basis.
- Liaise with the stakeholders ensuring that they accurately reflect the latest updates from both offshore, onshore and the various entities and vendors.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum:
- Engineering degree with experience in planning supervision of continuous running production plant in remote locations in the Offshore Oil & Gas industry, or similar sectors.
- Detailed knowledge of Primavera and Microsoft Project planning software.
- Strong Communication skills, Autonomous, relationship building and interpersonal skills.
- Task-oriented with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and monitor a large array of live data for exceptions and respond in accordance with a set protocol.
- Able to travel abroad and offshore on a short or long-duration basis as required.
- Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
- Considered as an advantage:
- Operational experience with direct exposure to the Operational Planning functions (preferably with offshore experience or exposure).
- IFS / CMMS experience.
- Project Control experience.
