**Job Details**:
The Employee Relations senior consultant is a part of the Employee Relations function, providing performance management support to people managers across LATAM (Argentina, Brazil, Mexico and Colombia) and driving organizational performance management strategies and solutions within our complex employment jurisdictions.
ERSC will be responsible for case management of disciplinary and grievance investigations, conducting witness interviews, collating findings and producing reports and outcome letters.
**Your Impact**:
Provide guidance to managers on Performance Management processes, compliance with local LATAM country employment law
Influence and gain business leader sponsorship in driving performance improvement.
Guide and coach managers on addressing employee underperformance, development and delivery of appropriate feedback and coaching
Support managers in drafting of Performance Improvement Plans
Evaluate appropriate level of corrective action and recommend next steps
Engage as an active participant of the EMEA & LATAM ER team
Support ERC team-wide initiatives, such as the creation of resources and materials, developing new process
Run reports on performance themes and trends and support ERMs in their QBRs to the Business
Leverage Concierge knowledge to identify trends and recommend solutions for ER-related matters to aide in Tier 0, Tier 1, and Tier 2 resolution
Manage or participate in special projects/programs requiring ER stakeholder input.
**Requirements**:
- Demonstrated experience of understanding of employee relations
- Experience in coaching and influencing managers in performance improvement or equivalent HR related experience supporting a business function.
- Ability to navigate successfully with ambiguity, multiple priorities, and a constantly changing environment.
- Experience working in a high volume, fast-paced environment, preferably in a high growth technology company.
- Ability to make decisions guided by policies, practices, procedures, and business plans.
- Use best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve delivery of services.
- English, Spanish and Portuguese full professional proficiency
