
Sales Operations Analyst Ii

We are currently looking for an Analyst to support the sales planning function for the Americas in optimizing the effectiveness of the sales force via account assignments, quotas, prospect lists, account plans, and territory management. As part of your responsibilities you will work on analyze smaller territories and operates sales programs/ projects inside sales region.
**Responsibilities**:
- You partner with regional Sales Ops in annual quota setting process to set territory goals
- Analysis of history and territories
- Identifies success measures and partners with the TA team and other cross functional partner to ensure the success measures are met
- Monthly SFDC/Anaplan synchronization, Anaplan/goal sheet update to reflect the current account ownership
- Vet leads and prospect accounts and implement the Global Sales Coverage Rules in the Americas ensuring smooth collaboration with all partners
- Sales Territory planning: definition, recommendations, and design
- Compliance with global programs
- Recommendations for improvements in coverage model
- Manage the company’s account targeting program
- Monitor and facilitate the activity tracking and pursuit of prospects by reps
- Coordinate with Global functions (Sales Ops and Marketing) for improved prospect lists
- Ensure accurate and updated hierarchies and program tagging in SFDC
- Provide input to account planning through market research and customer intelligence
- Ad hoc reporting and analysis as required
**Qualifications**:
- 3+ years experience preferred
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills for reporting and presentations
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- Strong competency in Excel (advanced Excel modelling) and PowerPoint (ability to create clear presentations quickly)
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills
- Ability to work effectively with senior level sales management
**Bonus Capabilities**:
- Experience with Anaplan
- Experience with Salesforce
- Experience with strategic sales planning, quota setting, force deployment, or key account planning
- Experience creating metrics and dashboards for sales
