Team Overview:
- Ability to manage people and develop talents for succession;
- Ownership mentality, identifying business pains, and proactively proposing solutions;
- Having experience in commercial planning, knowledge of sales team incentive management and management results;
- Having strong analytical skills, logical and mathematical reasoning.
Role Responsibilities:
- This position will be responsible for leading the entire sales strategy of the ramping and mature cities of the new 99 marketplace;
- Responsible for efficiently ramping up cities through data and insights that support arguments with partners;
- Building commercial policies and targeted goals for the sales team; Managing sales targets by tracking the sales pipeline forecast;
- Developing a methodology for targeting and forecasting to identify partners with the highest potential in each city and evaluate their respective performance;Sales pipeline management with result dashboards;
Structuring the sales planning area, leading and guiding the planning team through demand control and prioritization to ensure deadlines are met.
Role Qualifications:
- +5 years of experience with sales planning in fastpaced environments;
- Bachelor degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields;
- Advanced English will be a must;
- Proficiency knowledge in Excel and SQL.
