This role is crucial to guarantee alignment beetwen the business and our acquisition and farming teams, delivering our expansion plan. Also to guide and lead tactical change and to keep productivity at its best Role Responsibilities Responsible for commercial planning, sales and farming. Daily assess operations KPIs, opportunities and risks; Project scenarios of leads volumes, conversion and sales, to assess Target achievement; Feed leads ops, sales and crm of performance needs and opportunities to maximize the usage of resources; Lead multidisciplinary productivity squad to deliver results, transformation and short term improvement; Lead strategical and tactical decision making for our business expansion. Role Qualifications Good with numbers and communication, able to generate continuous improvement in its processes. Disciplined, agile, willing to learn and high sense of urgency. At least 5 years of experience in commercial planning or planning related areas, GTM or Revenue management. Able to lead multidisciplinary themes, to connect end to end tradeoffs and to push transformation.
