Team Overview:
As a Manager of Commercial Planning, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction and operational efficiency of our commercial teams.
You will collaborate closely with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and the global strategy department to define and execute key business objectives.
Your focus will be on analyzing market trends, setting ambitious yet achievable targets, and building strong relationships with the sales team to ensure continuous growth.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role that demands a combination of data-driven decision-making, innovative thinking, and leadership skills to foster a culture of performance excellence.

Role Responsibilities:

- Analytics: Using internal and external data to understand the market and bring insights from our operation.
- Innovation: Being active in chasing opportunities.
- Target Setting: Understand business needs and goals. Translate it into targets to the sales team.
- Interpersonal relationship: Be close to the sales team, handle day to day interactions and have a continuous improvement mindset.
- Focused on Results: Monitoring and reporting on performance.

Role Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration or related areas.
- 5+ years of experience doing business analysis and managing projects across business.
- Ability to create measurable goals, break down into actions with proper accountable.
- Demonstrated ability to earn trust, effectively communicate, and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, and a data-driven analytical approach.
- Exceptional skills in problem solving, analytical thinking and communication.
- Demonstrated record of positively owning and leading initiatives and projects at your organization.
- Advanced English.
- Advanced knowledge in Excel and intermediate of SQL.
