Red Bull Brazil is looking for a Business Partner to support, and complete HR plans within Off Premise team (commercial area). The HR BP will identify and execute initiatives that will enable business performance i.e. talent management, engagement, retention and performance. The HR BP will partner directly with functional business teams and be proactive in working with managers to maximize people performance. The HR BP understands the business beyond the HR function and influences the overall organization to ensure superior operations and business outcomes.

- Business Partner

The key focus of the role will be to act as an HR consultant as part of the management team to input into and advise in any people related topics, influencing diverse stakeholders to ensure employee and business needs are managed and exceeded impacting business direction. You will be providing insights and analysis on people related matters to guide and develop the team, supporting managers on building the best out of our people´s strengths keeping the team motivated and engaged.

Support and advise on the implementation of Global HR Tools.

Provide HR input for Business Planning processes
- Talent Acquisition

You will be responsible for driving the TA giving wiiings to external and internal talent. In the role you will provide managers with a clear framework of recruitment and selection processes/trainings and advice in A-class best practices for onboarding, ensuring an accurate and quality process for attracting the best talent into Red Bull.
- Talent Management & Development

In the role, you will earn your wiiings by driving the talent management agenda in conjunction with managers through the management of talent to ensure retention and development of our people, sourcing high quality training & development solutions from HR Global to deliver accordingly. Support managers through engagement, ensuring our Red Bull Engagement philosophy.
- Employee Relations

In this role, you will have to ensure that proper legal advice is obtained to comply in local requirements for all HR related documents and procedures, ensuring employment legislation remains up to date.

Ensures that HR polices are communicated in timely manner in line with local requirements.

EXPERIENCE**
Your areas of knowledge and expertise**:

- Min 3 years HR generalist/business partner experience preferably within commercial areas in a FMCG companies.
- Experience understanding and translating the priorities of the business and integrating the HR value proposition and strategies to meet needs
- Environment working closely with senior leaders including a General Manager.
- Ability to work under pressure with multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, including presentation and training skills.
- Ability to make decisions and work autonomously.
- Results oriented
- University degree on Administration, Economics, Psychology and related areas
- Advanced English level
- Travel 10%
