Job summary

Key job responsibilities
As Senior Manager Business Development AdTech you will help manage current reseller relationships in Brazil that answers customer needs and enables partners to develop a successful business model around the program. You will also own the connection to the existing media partners and work with media sales, international expansion and support teams to deliver a program that balances internal and external partner needs and drive growth for customers, partners and Amazon Advertising.
This is a new role and you will work with customers across Brazil and use your proven ability to work cross-functionally with various internal teams to manage bottlenecks and shape and develop the role.

A day in the life

**Key responsibilities include the following**:

- Develop and deliver an Amazon Partner program that encompasses the full adtech stack
- Define and implement mechanisms against success criteria that will evolve as we grow
- Work and align with the media sales, international expansion and partner enablement team to uphold a high level of engagement in the program
- Capture voice of the customer and work with the product team to align roadmap with customer needs
- Work with the service team to establish best-in-class support levels and tiers that help partners to delight their customers and secures growth and satisfaction for the program
- Support the development of a commercial and JBP framework for advertising partners and resellers of the Amazon adtech stack
- Define, manage and track the key performance indicators for your initiatives

About the team
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Deep understanding of the ad tech industry (programmatic, DSP, DMP, ad server)
- Experience in working with resellers/3rd party sellers and a basic understanding of their business model
- Team player with strong persuasion skills and proven ability to influence senior leadership
- Proactive attitude with excellent project, organizational and time management skills
