**Atividades e Responsabilidades**:
Atuar como Diretor na especialidade de otimização de performance de departamentos jurídicos executando as seguintes atividades:

- Gestão, elaboração e apoio ao time de Legal Optimization na elaboração de propostas comerciais;
- Gestão, elaboração e apoio no desenvolvimento e melhoria de serviços ofertados pela especialidade;
- Gestão, elaboração e apoio nas práticas de Go to Market;
- Gestão, elaboração e apoio em projetos da especialidade de Legal Optimization
- Liderança de times em projetos garantindo a melhor performance e entrega de valor aos clientes da A&M;
- Liderança das equipes de legal optimization garantindo cumprimento de metas e desenvolvimento das equipes.

**Competências profissionais**:

- Análise de dados;
- Apresentações executivas em PPT;
- Conhecimento e experiência no mercado de eficiência jurídica;
- Gestão de projetos;
- Experiência em liderança de times.

**Qualificações**:

- Formação em Direito, Engenharia, Administração de Empresas, Relações Internacionais e afins.
- MBA/Pós graduação desejável.
