**Industry Verticals Leader - Natural Resources**
- Do you demonstrate interest and initiative to understand the Natural Resources industry (Oil & Gas, Power, and Mining) and to breadth of Aon solutions? Do you like to make contributions to the analysis, design and implementation of consulting solutions and risk transfer? If so, this may be your next career move_
- As _**_Industry Verticals Leader - Natural Resources_**_, you will lead and bring together the respective industry within Aon across Brazil. _
- This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our São Paulo office (Brazil)._

**What the day will look like**
- As _**_Industry Verticals Leader - Natural Resources_**_, you will be responsible for: _
- _Build a personal and company brand, and make it visible in the market._
- _ Support the solution line for industry revenue growth._
- _ Develop and complete an industry marketing plan to key events._
- _ Craft cross solution line industry insight, innovation and thought leadership._
- _ Influence and oversight of the largest industry clients in the country - placement, rollover and retention._
- _ Participate on monthly calls and regular in person meetings with the in-country network._
- _ Identify key solution line specialty to improve offering for the industry._
- _ Ensure the industry business plan is performed as planed with the agreed timelines._

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- _ Bachelor's degree. MBA is preferable._
- _ Proficiency in Portuguese and English. A good level of Spanish would be an advantage._
- _ Specific sector expertise in Oil & Gas, Power or Mining._
